The project aims to enforce the Central District Water Pollution Incident Emergency Response to the Concerted Efforts of Non-government Organizations, to execute it normally and gets the appropriate contact windows, as well, to hold activities to prevent marine pollution in Yun-lin County. Harbor and Ship Inspections: Already made 169 times in harbors, and 92 fishing boats, 21 industrial ships till Dec 10. The result showed that the environment in harbors is fine, and the owners of the ships had the insurance related to governmental regulations. Also the project is to assist the Yun-lin marine pollution prevention’s appraisal of EPA. To hold activities of Year 104: Two propaganda for fishermen, Two explanation sessions of Law and Regulations of the marine and water pollution prevention were held, and one training exercise of marine and water pollution emergency response facilities was held on Sep 23. The drills of water and marine pollution incident response were individually held on Sep 22 and Nov 27. One visit and learn activity was held on Dec 9. And the project we check and maintain the emergent response equipments monthly. Also assist to collect the recent year’s data of seawater quality monitoring and the bed mud monitoring (2012~2014).
